Our overseas partner can build a rapid tool quickly, with sample parts delivered in as little as 15 days. As your production needs grow, our partner can build an export tool, which can be shipped to Summit, our U.S. injection molding facility in McHenry, IL, for domestic part production. As your production volume continues to grow, Summit can build new tools that are designed to support larger production volumes.

Yes, we can build injection mold tooling both in the U.S. (at Summit by 麻豆传媒映画 in McHenry, IL) and internationally. We can even 3D print steel mold cores that contain conformal cooling channels. They dissipate heat very efficiently during the injection molding process.
